The location was definitely a highlight. It was very strategic, close to a Metro stop. The room was spacious, a corner room with big windows. Staff were friendly and very efficient. They were helpful and kind.
The TV channel selection was limited.

the staff were helpful.. they were also kind. the hotel had a beautiful decor and the room was quite fabulous.
i found no hooks in the bathroom. there were no hooks in the bedroom either, so i had nowhere to hang wet towels etc.

i got a larger room than expected with the upgrade. plenty of restaurants and attractions are nearby. the hotel is very clean. the location is close to several bars.
the customer service during the morning we checked out was not great.

the room was quite comfortable, it was a family room. the air conditioning worked very well. the minibar was stocked with complimentary drinks.
